  • Hourly rates are almost entirely based on maximum pricing for each job description. Actual rates will vary depending upon actual resource cost.
  • No overtime rate is charged.
  • Annual escalation factor: 4%.
  • The pricing index for future price increases is contained within The Economic Price Adjustment clause I-FSS-969, paragraph (b) (1) for the base five-year period (4% escalation), and paragraph (b) (2) for the years 6-20 (adjustments based on an agreed-upon market indicator prior to award).
