Our Business
RWC was founded in 1998 to assist banks involved in merger and back-room consolidation activities. RWC provided seasoned specialists who worked alongside the banks’ existing management to quickly and successfully work through Research and Adjustment backlogs.

After completing several highly successful engagements, our clients were requesting assistance in other operational areas. To meet their requests, we’ve expanded our network of experts to provide a wide range of financial services.
